Swelling of Nasal Turbinate

This is the swelling of the nasal turbinate which results in difficulty in passing the air through the nose.

In the clinic, the reduction of nasal turbinate is performed under local anesthesia with the use of radiofrequencies. The duration of surgery is a few minutes and the patient can go home without requiring hospitalization. There is no postoperative pain. Scabs will form which should be cleaned once a week at the clinic.
